Christmas…

A time when many families gather for dinner, celebrating with joy and abundance, exchanging gifts, singing, and… forgetting the true reason we celebrate Christmas.

“She will give birth to a son, and you shall name him Jesus, because He will save his people from their sins.” Matthew 1:21

We can notice that people usually tend to imagine Jesus in two places:

As a boy, in the manger and on the cross.

But is He still a boy? Is He still nailed to that cross? Of course not! The boy Jesus grew up and fulfilled His purpose. He went to the cross, forgave us, died, and rose again! Hallelujah!

On this very special date, may we meditate on what we did this year and reflect on how we can devote ourselves even more to fulfilling the purpose for which we were created.

I begin this missionary project, which the Holy Spirit had placed in my heart some time ago, with great joy and certainty that by bringing more people to Christ, showing them how great His love is, and also teaching them how important we all are to Him, we will grow strong in faith and unity.

May God bless you gloriously, and may you have a Merry Christmas!

“He loved us not because we were lovable, but because He is love.” CS Lewis
